SHIPPING

At House1125, every order is prepared with care, recorded by batch, and released with intention.

We currently ship through UPS.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and packed within [2–5 business days] after purchase. During releases, restocks, holidays, or periods of elevated volume, processing may require additional time.

Once your order is prepared and transferred to UPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Shipping Method

All domestic orders are shipped through UPS using the service selected at checkout, when applicable.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by House1125 once the package has left our hands.

Order Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. House1125 is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at steward@House1125.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order enters processing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and UPS service level.

Any free shipping offers, when available, apply only to qualifying orders and shipping regions as stated at the time of purchase.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by UPS, House1125 is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.

If your package appears delayed, lost in transit, or misdelivered, please contact UPS first using your tracking information, then contact us at steward@House1125.com so we may assist where possible.

Damaged Orders

We pack glass with care. Still, transit can be unpredictable.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [3–5 days] of delivery at steward@House1125.com and include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the damaged product

  • clear photos of the outer shipping box and packaging materials

We will review the claim and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Warm Weather / Cold Weather Notice

Because our products are made with waxes, oils, and butters, extreme temperatures may affect texture or appearance during transit. Minor softening, firming, or graininess may occur and does not necessarily indicate that the product is unsafe or defective.
